We went up to Ojai and had a great weekend over new years. We spent a ton of time playing the park where they had this crawl through tube with windows where Grandpa Joe grabbed 2 great ones of Ethan stikcing his face out of the tube window.

Woke up and saw this amazing sunrise yesterday and snapped a few pictures.

The Little guy has developed quite a colelction of trucks. There seems to be an arms race developing between grandma Joyce and Papa Barry.

Ethan went down to the Jonathan Club where they imported snow to the beach. he was a bit scared of it but had a great time with Grandma, Mom and Aunt Kimmy.

We hosted thanksgiving this year about 16 of us and had a great night. Ethan looked great in his dapper clothes and Lisa looks phenomenal pregnant. Joyce, Robin and Ev all spend tons of time cooking and it showed. The food was delicious. I am very thankful to have such an amazing family who came to celebrate with us.

We are very fortunate to have Jon (Seneca's Dad) teacing Ethan how to swim. Jon is the most amazing teacher I know and we are so lucky to have him in such amazing and loving hands during swim lessons. See pictures of Ethan's Swim Lessons with Jon here.

Ethan had dinner the other night at grandma and grandpas and pigged out on chicken and ice cream. some great pictures ofh im.

We got Ethan's Suit for Lisa's Wedding on Friday. Its his first suit, and he looks very dapper in it. Though it looks like he was in a bar fight, he wasnt, he fell today and hit his eye on the corner of our chaise lounge. He cried a little but is feeling just fine since he is such a tough dude.

Ethan's hair is pretty long right now, hes going old school valley look with it feathered back. Way cool you should see him in his checkered vans.

Got the call from Jason last night, Molly delivered Hudson Waggoner (basically by herself) Sunday. Everyone is doing well.

This is what I saw as I pulled out of my driveway this morning. I truly am the luckiest man on earth!

We had a small gathering of friends and family to celebrate 4 birthdays, Deta, Steve, Debi, Elliot. The kids swam in the pool and played and the adults at around and ate and hung out. It was a great day. See pictures of Steve's Birthday party here.

We went to the air show at Pt Mugu on Sunday, I figured the little guy loves planes so much. Well the day started out well, met up with Schoff at a P-3 Orion from the same squadron he flew with. We say the Stealth Fighter, a B--52 (walked through the bomb bay) and then the F-22 took off and did a low level - high speed (with afterburner) pass over our heads and ethan lost it. He cried and was scared to death... so we left, it was a bit loud for him and the shaking scared him a bit. I did manage to get some great shots of the F15 and F22 with vapor trails over the wings and some very cool formation flying with a P-51 mustang. Enjoy

Ethan had his first haircut on Saturday at the Yellow Baloon in Sherman Oaks. He did very well, didnt cry and looks very dapper now.

Took some pictures of TLM wearing his hat that Lynn Frenkel knitted for him. The next day when I came home from work I spent some time playing with the toy boxes that the Rubensteins gave him. We had a ton of fun and laughed like crazy.

We celebrated Ethan's First Birthday on Sunday with Family and Friends, enjoy the pictures and happy birthday to Aunt Lois who shaes ethan's BDAY.

We celbrated Robin's 35 on Saturday night, with a few friends at West the new bar at hotel Angelino.. It was a great night and Robin really enjoyed herself. Thanks to you all for showing up.

Went back to the hospital last night to visit the weiss' and see Seneca, she was so quiet while we were there and looked like a little angel. I took Jon's Pictures off his camera to share with everyone.

Seneca Weiss was born at 7:25am today December 15th and weiged 7lbs 14oz 21 inches long. In related news, she also won the "parent lottery" she has the best parents ever and we welcome her with much love to this amazing and very extended family.

Ethan has a new favorite toy, its a little truck that helps him walk. he cruises up and down the house with this thing and went outside the other day to walk around the pool with it. Its really helping him learn to walk and Im sure it will be no time before he can walk without it.

After a whirlwind of escrows, bank visits, wiring funds, fighting with the previous owners and seemingly dis-interested escrow companies, we are in our new home. Huge thanks to Dad, Ev, Joyce, Kimmy, Steve Miller and all those that came to help us pack / unpack. We couldn't have done it without you. Cantor Chayim came to hang our mezzuzah this week and we had a small gathering of family to help us. It was a great way to bless our new new home. We look forward to sharing it with everyone.

So Jason and Molly won the today show throws a wedding. Amazing eventhough we all knew they would win from the very go. It was such a surreal experience seeing all the cameras and people and buildings during the ceremony. I think M&J really enjoyed themsleves and everyone looked great. It was an amazing weekend with all the guys hanging out. It always fun. The reception was amazing and Natalie Moralies was all over me like a cheap suit. The funniest moment for me was when Jon cut in on Al Roker and Merideth Viera and started dancing with Al. Too hilarious. There are also some pix of M&J or Mason as we are now calling the hollywood couple. See all the pictures here.

Lisa took ethan to his gym class with Dani Lippman and took some amazing pictures. She said she was the "crazy aunt" firing off pictures during class and blinding half of the kids but im glad she got some great pictures.

We spent Yom Kippour with The Grush family here are some great ones of Ethan with Uncle Ed and Claire Ziv.

Ethan hung out with gabe schoff this week they were chilling out watching Bob the builder, some great pictures of the dudes.

so by now most people know that Jason and Molly won the Today Show Throws a wedding. We celebrated his Bachelor Party in Palm Desert a couple weeks ago. The highlight was the Moustache night when we went out to dinner. I was Marv Liebenfarb from Dekalb. It was very obnoxious but very fun.

Ethan will be 8 months old this week, here are some pictures of him in his new swing, driving his new car and lounging the house in his robe!

So I figure at just over 7 months, its time to introduce him to my world. Everytime I am on the computer or using the mouse, cell phone, gadget, whatever, he stares at it and wants it. I think it might be a good aid to help him learn to crawl. Now mind you he usually puts the shiny gadget in his mouth but this time I let him go wild on the keyboard. Had varous pictures of ethan on my camera phone and decided to finally upload them here. They range from his visiting me at work, sleeping in his crib before I went away for a week working and fishing, dinner to celebrate lisa's bday, and just chilling in his warmup suit. Enjoy them all.

We celebrated lisa's birthday party at Katsuya in Brentwood (by the way, they ruined a perfectly good sushi place). Great hang with Lisa, Matt, Ev, Dad, Cousin Linda and of course Ethan.

We spent the weekend in Tahoe and daddy took a private jet home thanks to uncle charlie but ethan got even closer...

Been very busy with work lately, here are some pictures of TLM Robin took. Its kinda sad I only get about an hour a day with him but its pure heaven.

The Little Man turned 6 months old today and is wearing quite the dapper outfit for his big day at the beach and hanging out with Grandpa Joe who is celebrating his Birthday today.

Aunt Renee did something so amazing for Ethan that it deserves its own Post. She was at the Cubs Brewers game at Wrigley Field and kept the box score, then wrote TLM (The Little Man) an amazing note which was so loving (I had to post it, I hope you are not too embarssed). Thanks Aunt Renee, YOU RULE!!! And yes, EJ will definately be a BUD MAN AND A CUBS FAN!!!! GO CUBS!

We spent the afternoon swimming at the weisses the other day, what a great time. Jon, Deb, Robin, Ethan, Russel and I had a great time. Good thing too, it was like 100+ in the valley.

We spent the 4th of July weekend doing a ton of stuff. We started out with some time at the beach then hanging out with cousin abe. The big news is that Ethan has been sitting up (in tri-pod mode) with varied success. He is also sitting in his feeding chair and has ate a 2.5oz bottle of carrots yesterday. He is growing fast and Grandma Joyce taught him how to wave at you. Its amazing how quickly they develop and its so fun to watch it happen.

Ethan fell asleep in my arms then woke up with a great mohawk which he sported when Drea came over and then to his cousin Abe's place for a brunch with all the new parents.

I was on the organizing committee for this year's Jewish Big Brother Big Sister Charity Golf Tournament. It was a great event and we raised a ton of money for JBB and Cam Max Strauss. Thanks to all the sponsors including.

A lot going on this week, Ethan got his first golf club and loves to hold onto it. The Weisses came over for bathtime and the next morning we tried giving him some oatmeal. See how he liked it...

Ethan showing his hometown pride and hanging out with some new products. We recenly borrowed the Bumbo chair from Josh & Jenna it helps him sit up. He also seems to like his Exersaucer which helps him learn to stand.

Woke up this morning to ethan with an Alfalfa hairdo, and of course had to grab the camera. What a great anniversary present, funny hair and 11 hours of sleep. Thanks Ethan. Unfortunately I left the polarizing lens on the camera so the pics are a bit dark. Enjoy them anyway.

Ethan had his first trip …. to Kauai, Hawaii with Nate and Nicole. He was great on the airplane, lauged during takeoff and slept the entire plane ride, waking up 20 minutes before we landed. Hes been enjoying the sun (with lots of sunscreen on) and relaxing. He even managed to play golf.

Ethan spent the weekend in Palm Springs and then to a party with his cousin Abe and their friend Becca.

We went to Andrea and Lee's for the day on Saturday to go swimming for Ethan's first time. Lots of fun, food and laughs.

It was Robin's first Mother's Day on Sunday. We spent the morning taking pictures of our favorite guy. Ethan then had his first day at the beach followed by dinner with the famil. It was a great day and we had an amazing trip.
