Ethan had a very important phone call with Dr. Fram. She needed to consult with him about an upcoming surgery and you can see how focused he was.

Just a quick update to let everyone know we settled on another middle name for Jamie.

Jamie Eve Levitt

We were able to keep the “e” so we have an EJ and JE.  I know its a bit odd to change the name but we were fortunate to get it done on the birth certificate.  Just wanted everyone to know.

We took ethan to the mall yesterday to buy him a fire truck and let him ride on the toy fire truck. He has been such a great big brother so we treated him. See the pictures of ethan below.

Everyone is doing great. Thanks for all the calls, visits, dinners and warm wishes. We are settled in and Ms. Jamie is doing very well. She is eating, sleeping and doing the third function all very well. She seems to me a very mellow and easy baby however she is still waking up so we are trying not to count our blessings just yet. It’s hard not to just stare at her, this morning I spent about 35 minutes on the rocker with her on my lap. It’s so relaxing to just hold her. Mamma Robin is feeling great and is such a natural at being a mom. We are so happy that our family is complete and that so many of you are such an active and meaningful part of it. Thanks again for all the love.

I am very pleased to report that Jamie Eden Levitt is here. Robin was completely amazing and I am again humbled and awed by her power and grace.

Rather than giving the medical statistics associated with birth, ill just say she is progressing nicely and id say we are in the bottom of the 6th inning, to draw a sports analogy.  so it should be soon, she is definately in labor but has not started pushing yet… 

getting so excited to meet jamie, the waiting is definately the hardest part.

epidural is in, robin is relaxing and we are progressing nicely. hope to have some good news later today. i remember this was a calm before the storm time when ethan was born so please continue to stay tuned.

Robin’s Water broke, moving along well, still some time away but good news we are progressing.
